Cheese “Monastyrsky” is a natural rennet cheese with moderately-pronounced cheesy, slightly sour taste. Its consistency is tender and moldable. There are holes of irregular and angular forms in the cheese texture. A new brand of “Slivochny” product is a magnificent, fine, natural hard rennet cheese. The latter is mild, creamy with slightly acid notes and has a tender flavour of sweet milk.
