Hard rennet cheeses “Belaya Rus” and “Troitsky” (45% fat content) are distinguished by their even surface, damage-free and thick subcrust layer. This surface is covered with polymer film under vacuum. A well-pronounced, typical taste free of foreign odor and aftertaste. The product is tender, moldable and homogenous. Any cross section can display holes of irregular and angular forms.
