Bread “Zhlobinsky Na Medu” is a blended product with supplement of amber sugar honey, rye kvas and rye malt. Four-stage bread production, combined with application of dry kvas imparts a pleasant taste, allowing to keep this bread for a long time. Application of sweetened and fermented brew enhances the sugar content in the bread, improves its taste and slows down its hardening. Bread is certified in conformity to the GOST R system.
