Whole dry milk is produced by drying pasteurized cow milk in spraying driers. When dry milk is dissolved in water, dry whole milk entirely preserves valuable properties of cow whole milk. Dry whole milk is used for preparing pasteurized milk and other milk dishes, for culinary purposes as well as in other branches of food industry.
